SUMMARY: I suggest that, in inventorying R. Shlomo tapes, youearmark those of good audio quality, suitable fordistribution.
I'd further suggest that all tapes be copied for Backup; and thatonly backup tapes be used for transcription.

II. DETAILS:
	1. TAPES:

(1) I have so far found one such: %920317 Pre-Purim, Moshav,March 17, 1992.
My copy (%920317-sa) is Sony 90; copied from Haskala Sasson,Modi'in.

(2)	I hold only 5 R. Shlomo tapes, all obtained from HaskalaSasson at Meor Modi'in; I'll list them (=inv1194a) in my nextdisc collection of material.

(3) One should pick a standard numbering system for R. Shlomomaterial. It seems to be that @yymmdd#-cc would do;where @ is a symbol indicating media (eg, % for tapes),yymmdd is the date the teaching was given, # is a literalvariable where several tapes were made in one day (ie, a isthe lst, b is the 2nd) and cc is the collection in which itresides.

	2. OTHER:

(1)	I trust you have received the above-referenced memo, summarizing my work to date on R. Shlomo material, and usedas packing for the 2 discs that hold same. If you haven't,let me know, and I'll re-send it.

(2)	I'm available to work on R. Shlomo material, on a volunteerbasis, from now until 5/95.
