First off, the picture depicts me, Simon, drinking a pint of Stafford Goldfield bitter, a nice beer from somewhere in Yorkshire, England. Why show a picture of me drinking on a site dedicated to nerdiness? I dunno really. If anyone can offer a reason, don't hesitate to contact me.

Anyway, I got into YBasic programming a couple of years ago when I was flying from England to Canada and the in-flight films were horrendous. I had already installed YBasic because I use VB all the time and wanted to see what all the fuss was about. So I made a Simon game, you know, the one game where it gives you a series of beeps, and you have to replay it without screwing up, and gradually the amount of beeps you have to remember gets longer. And I made it for two reasons: firstly, it shares the same name as me, but mostly because I wanted to annoy all the rowdy little children on the plane that had been screaching and flapping around, but were now tired and trying to sleep.

Oh, and I'm 18, have a dog called Chloe, really like eating Macarroni and Cheese, and definitely do NOT eat the skins on jacket potatoes.
