| A Poem The dawn of a new day always bring about new life where events of the past is past causing strife. Watch the new chicks hatching wonderment within its eyes clear your judgement path let loose with an audible sigh. A blooming rosebud by the roadside all peaceful and true At the times the best way with a rose tinted hue. When hurricans hit from afar either stand and be swept away or learn when to back down in your heart, where emotions lay. |
| Grey Days "He is the one that makes me have better days; But he is also the one to turn them grey." A thin line between love and hate I've been told Makes sense, in a way it's both I hold so very dear to my heart. Sound laughter during the day silent tears at night I hold you close I hold you tight always afraid, one day we'll be apart. Your kind words make me smile Our arguments make me scared that maybe, perhaps the love we shared was doomed from the start. The actions you take are daggers piercing the innermost of me corrupting and tearing my already battered heart. Yet, I sense that through the grey sunshine lay better, sweeter days so I wait the alotted time to heal my wounded heart. |
