| ok you want to know what roms and emulators are, there free video games, free full version video game right of the web. the roms are the games and the emulators are the consoles all on your computer. yep you down load the emulator, and then you down load the rom. most emulators play games perfectly. most of the emulators you will find are for snes nes sega genesis and the neo geo, its posible to get playstation and n64 roms and emulators, but the roms for them are huge. zelda ocarina of time is like 90 mb, and moast playstation roms are over a hundred mb. but if you have a cable modem iv heard of people geting shenmu for dreamcast in 2 hours. roms for the n64 psx and dc are extreamly hard to find i have yet to come across a playstation rom. and nintendo is trying to crack down on rom sites so ther there harder to find now than a year ago. and yes roms are ileagal, but there not ileagal if you erase them with in 24 hours. but whos gona know if you keep em, no one will so unless you go writeing letters to nintendo telling them that you have month old roms know ones gona know. but if you like to stay leagal there also leagal if you have a copy of the game. but any way you cant get ps2, xbox, or game cube, roms yet there just to big and powerful, but in the future we may see ps2 roms, but game cube disks are different so we may not see those for quiet a wile, and i dont know much about xbox, but we will need really fast and powerful computers to play next gen roms. but il list my favoit emulators because all of them are different some a lot better than others. most emulator are around 600 kb, most snes roms are about 1to2 mb, nes roms are about 600 kb, neo geo roms are about 3 to 16 mb, and genesis roms are 1 to 2mb, t and there all worth it. to use a rom run it with the emulator. it may take some fiddleing to figure them out but you should be able to do it. o and bye the way if you get a good psx emulator you can use any psx disk in your computer and copy it, witch means you can rent a game copy it and have it forever. check out my links for some good sites. | this is a great site no roms only emulator for next gen systems like psx n64 gba dreamcast they dont have the bios |
| both of these sites have n64 roms some of them may not work till after hours becaus these roms are in such high demand it over loads the site |
