Configure Macromedia Flash player

To configure flash player you have to go to http://www.macromedia.com/ and download flash player for Linux. You wiil be able to download a file which named like install_flash_player_7_linux.tar.gz. Here are the steps of installing.

• Exctract the folder in to Desktop.


• Navigate the in to the folder via a Terminal.


• type ./flashplayer-installer to run the installer.  The installer will instruct you to shut down your browser(s). Once the installation is complete, the plug-in will be installed in your Mozilla browser.


• To manually install the Plug-in Player for Linux Copy the following files to your browser's plugins folder:
  libflashplayer.so
  flashplayer.xpt
