My name is Sean Flynn and I have recently finished studying Multi-media textiles at Loughborough University.
This site is a chance to view my completed work and projects that I am currently working on.
I mostly work in a fine art textiles field striving to create thought provoking pieces with a highly conceptual feel, previously exploring themes such as repression and censorship and war and peace.
Although they are designed with the intention of one off fine art pieces some of the designs can easily be adapted to other aplications such as fashion or fabric designs.
Modern digital techniques influence my work, with many designs using digital imagery, C.A.D(computer aided design), and filming, pushing the boundaries of what many believe textiles to be.
