As the title would imply, a large portion of the middle of Rurouni Kenshin takes place in and around the city of Kyoto. This is and of itself means that many, many characters from this arc have Kansai-ben. Chou already has his own page, but other people include Tae's sister What's-Her-Name, Makimachi Misao, and the rest of the Group-That-Followed Aoshi (?). Anyway, there are far too many to list (or even recall), so I'll throw a challenge out to find them for yourself!
