| Osaka Osaka's real name is Kasuga Ayumu. She is from the anime and manga series "Azumanga Daiou". She has the misfortune to have moved to a Tokyo-area high school where she is expected to act like a stereotypical Osaka resident. She is given the nickname by hyperactive fellow student Tomo, and although she can speak perfect standard Japanese, she is encouraged by everyone to use the Kansai ben as much as possible. |
