Mitsui Fuuka Fuuka is from the hit anime and manga "Kodomo no Omocha", created by Obana Miho. She used to live wherever it is that Sana does, but she moved to Osaka for a few years. When she came back, she had picked up the accent and was teased for it. Although they had some problems, she became one of Sana's best friends. Her birthday is December 24.
