Chou is from the KYOTO ARC - approx. Books 12-?, and episodes in the mid-30's+. This will contain SPOILERS.

Chou is one of the Ten Swords. He works under Shishio Makoto, the dude with all the bandages. He says that he lives in Osaka (��� ), which is where he obviously picked up his language. Sanosuke has some wonderful moments with "broom-head". As I don't yet know the outcome of this arc, I can't spoil Chou's end,though he was arrested by Saitou.
