Mr Seow HT (2nd Civics Tutor & Year One Economics) We were his first CT and first batch of students. The "Pan-Chan" (give chance) tutor. Friendly and "active", you would often find him engaged in ball games with his colleagues or chatting with us students in the canteen/wing.
