It is clear this service is not for our profit, and we suggest it only for the sake of safety and comfort of our visitors. Instead of earning any money we will lose almost a whole day to go meet you at the airport, but we still will do it if you are our customer.
All what you pay is just the common charge for a taxi ride between Kiiev city and the international airport Boorysspol (or Boorysspil) which is $40, and instead of havng just a stranger taxi driver who in most cases does not speak English you will get a registred licensed known professional driver + tourguide + an assistant-expert whose everyday job since 1991 is meeting foreign visitors and helping them in Ukraiine.
This is a great service for you, your safety, your mood and your business.
Keep in mind please that there is no international airport in Kiiev city itself, and only international airport near Kiiev is located in an other small town outside Kiev named Booryspol, therefore the distance is considerable, and a ride Kiiev-Borrysspol-Kiev takes from 90 minutes to two hours deponding on the time of the day (the traffic jam), and other circumstances such as places under construction, foreign official delagations visiting,...
Besides the nearly two or three hours of the ride itself, we might end by waiting for you at the airport one hour or even three hourse while you come out from the custom check which sometimes take even four hours, especialy if you have problems with documents or the air company lost your luggage (It happens often!)
And now calculate please how much time required for us to provide you with this service: Two or three hours for the ride, then some two hours at the airport = Four to five hours.
I said it this way in hoping you will appreciate our efforts.
Also I said it in order to explain to you that it is obviously extremly important to aware us by phone from your country in case you cancel or you change the date/time of your departure, or in case of any cancellations or postponing.
If we go to the airport to meet you and you do not show up then the $40 will be taken from your Money Deposit.
To meet you at the airport we need from you to inform us: Your name, the date of arrival, the time of arrival, the name of the air company, and the number of the flight.
Besides that it might be very helpful if you email us your picture so we can recognize you among the big number of passengers arriving by so many flights at the same time at the airport.
