Its been quite sometime since I last wrestled. To be perfectly honest the last time I remember wrestling was in UWF at the end of 2006.. and then I left the business for a while. It felt like I had retired but I knew I hadn't. I knew I'd be wrestling again but I never thought I'd be back in UWF again. No offence to the management. I thought after what happened I'd have to find a new place to wrestle. I thought I'd have to wrestle in some other federations and such but I searched and searched for federations to wrestle for but honestly I couldn't find any with competition for me. I even had a short conversation with Glen Greeney about bring back the federation we use to co-own but that didn't last too long. After all this time away from wrestling i'll probably be a little rusty and I get put in the ring with Jimmy Guerrero. That's fine by me cause Lance Mikes is back and he is badder, and better than ever. Here we are about to see a promo I cut just a few days after signing with UWF. So here goes.

|+|Action|+| The camera is on, it's focusing, and it focuses and we get picture. Picture this. An old horrible looking gym, a wrestling ring that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years in the centre, weights, benches, punch bags and mats are scattered all over the place. Speed balls. Looks more like a boxing gym then a gym a wrestler would go. The camera turns to the left and we see someone punching a red punch bag with silver and black tape around it. He has a pair of training mitts, black shorts and a white vest. You can see the sweat dripping from his forehead but he won't stop. Who is this crazy man you ask? It's non other than 'Yours Truly' Lance Mikes. The camera zooms in a little. He doesn't look much different from the last time we saw, well maybe he's put on a few pounds or maybe thats just the cameras. He looks towards the cameras and sees that the red light is on, which means that it's recording. He finishes off the combination of punches that he was doing and stops. He turns to the camera and we hear that familiar voice of Lance Mikes once again.

|+|'Yours Truly' Lance Mikes|+| Yes, The rumours are true. Yes I signed a contract with GBL. Maybe that isn't such a bad thing. I mean what has happened since the last time I was here. Who knows? I don't and honestly I don't give a damn what has happened besides one thing. Before they had two shows which meant two championship titles and now one show and that means one title. Icon was the former Undisputed Champion.. and now look. Who else but Stryfe has won the title. Well done Stryfe.

|+|'Yours Truly' Lance Mikes|+| Now my first match back in over seven months away from the ring and the booking team, the booker whoever it was put me in the ring with Jimmy Guerrero. Now if i'm not mistaken Jimmy is also making a return at the same time as me? Jimmy you think you can steal MY spotlight, huh? You think that by coming back people might actually care about you now? Jimmy you should have never come back, especially not now. Especially not at the same time as me. Jimmy you realise that you trying to steal my spotlight, my impact on my return has consequences. Jimmy in that ring on Monday night at Adrenaline it's just going to be me and you, ONE ON ONE. Jimmy What makes you think you can beat The Worlds Greatest Athlete, huh? Have you been back to Mexico smoking that magic herb, huh? Because you must be either on drugs or fucking stupid if you think you stand a chance of beating me, The Human Hype.

|+|Action|+| Lance leans down and picks up a bottle of water. It's already been opened so he just takes the top of and starts drinking. He takes a few gulps of water and then puts the lid back on. He looks into the camera once again.

|+|'Yours Truly' Lance Mikes|+| Yes I might be a little bit rusty, I might not be my best at the moment but Jimmy even at my worst I could beat you at your best because I am The best there is, the best there was.. a fucking it. I'm The Best PERIOD! Jimmy to be 'The Man' WOOOOO You gotta beat the man and Jimmy there isn't even a slight chance that on Raw.. uh sorry on Adrenaline you can beat me so there isn't a chance of you ever becoming 'The Man.' Ya see Jimmy boy you might have the Guerrero name but you don't have my respect like the rest of the Guerrero family does. I mean Eddie Guerrero, one of, if not the greatest wrestlers in the industry, Rest In Peace Eddie. We miss you. Chavo, Hector, Chavo Senior Guerrero.. Hell I even respect Rey Mysterio more than I respect you Jimmy cause all you are doing is trying to take glory with the name Guerrero and that makes me sick to my stomach. Eddie, Chavo, Hector, some of the greats from that familia fought, lost a lot of blood to make that name and get the respect that it deserves in this industry and punks like you come and try and take that respect away and make money, take the glory that you don't deserve Jimmy.

|+|'Yours Truly' Lance Mikes|+| Now you see its been too long, its been way too long since I wrestled and Jimmy I can't wait to get back in that ring and do what I do best, well besides run my mouth which I do pretty well if I don't say so myself. Anyway I can't wait to do what I do best in that ring and that is beat little punks like you for fun. Making an impact on my return. Taking the spotlight like I always do when I come into a federation. Ya see Jimmy you came back at the wrong time, you got put in the wrong match, you got the wrong opponent and you sure as hell got no fucking respect from me, you can earn that respect kid if you fight for it, I'll give you credit where credit is due Jimmy. That is if, and that is a BIG IF, you beat me or even come close to beating me at Adrenaline on Monday night. Now Jimmy I don't have time to mentor you, so stop calling me, I don't have time to baby sit you so tell you family to stop calling and tell your sister and mother they can call me whenever they want.. WHY?! JUST LOOK AT ME!

|+|Action|+| With that said Lance goes to a blue mat on the floor and begins press-ups as the camera watches for a while and then slowly fades out to a black screen and then all you get is static.
