This Impreza was the earliest WRX version released on the market. Hasegawa made the model available about the same time that the actual WRX release. This kit was not hard for the beginners. One thing that Hasegawa does better than Tamiya was the masking tape for the transparent part (windshield) was included in the kit. Tamiya now finally follows her competitor.
