installing subframe spacers/washers if pretty damn straight forward and easy. it should take no more than 20 minutes.
first get yourself a set of spacers, i choose Kazama cause their shiny red :)
jack up the rear end and toss jack stands under it.
locate the four nuts that hold the subframe to the body, two on driver side and two on passanger side.

remove the four bottom nuts, push subframe down and slide the upper spacer in.

for the front two you need to remove that L shaped bracket and sandwich the spacer inbetween the bracket and bushing. BAM your done.
