so i parted out the fc and picked me up a cressida. always wanted one they just never came up when i was looking or had money. this one i got with a headgasket going and a couple days after i got it the distributer rotor came loose and broke the dizzy, so i replaced the dizzy and the headgasket. now it runs really good.

i ordered a ma70 supra diff. 1.5way clutch lsd with a 4.3 gear! im going to rebuild and pack the shit out of it with more disks then toss it in...

so after weeks of beating the shit out of the cressida bouncing off the revlimiter in the lowest gear you can put an auto into i blew a huge chunk off my block and two holes on the side. drifting auto's are soo fun -_-. i picked up another cressida short block from pullapart and im going to rebuild it. just a stock rebuild with arp rod bolts and head studs. i got the block back from the machine shop and its soo pritty. i just need to order some piston rings and i'll be done.

well when i got the supra diff it turned out to be open so i got my money back and ordered a Cusco RS 2way. Its for a JZX100 but is "supposed" to fit haha guess well see. while i was at ordering stuffs i got a set of JIC SF1's, a Sparco Fighter seat, another pair of 17x8.5 +17 Vip wheels and a JZX81 Mark II headlight/corner light/grill set. so instead of getting parts to make my car run, i been busy ordering parts haha. next on the list is piston rings though, really. im sick of driving a ford tarus.

As you can see i got all my parts in i've ordered except the Mark II headlights. i got my piston rings, assembled the engine, tossed it in and while i was doing my timming i left a ratchet on the crank pully which snagged the body. after that my starter wouldn't work, i just get a click. so i just pulled the auto tranny out and started ordering parts for my 5speed swap. i got the W58, pedals all in, im still waiting on the clutch master cyl, hard line, flywheel and my ACT 6puck unsprung. so about month #3 or 4 with no running cressida. i said this car will be different than my rx7, yet its engine up to be the same old bullshit. spend a year building the pos, then a month wrecking it. i was hoping to be driving it around while upgrading parts but its been like well while its down might as well get this, or do that... pushing my seat time further and futher away. lame... so right now im just waiting to aquire all the 5speed parts and then figure out what the hells wrong with my starter.
