   July 18 —  In a new survey, almost one in 10 respondents indicated they are addicted to sex and the Internet, a good indicator of online sexual compulsivity, researchers say. And about one in four respondents acknowledged that, on at least one occasion, their online sexual activities have felt out of control or caused problems in their lives.

It seems that I meet the criteria of *gasp* SEXUAL ADDICT!!!!!  While I don't regularly engage in cybersex with fat, slimy, 350 lb men masquerading as girls (even though the thought has crossed my mind on multitudes of occasions), I do meet the following criterium, again from MSN news.

   Looking for everything from fantasy to porn, cybersex addicts cruise sex sites for 11 hours or more a week, a sign of “destructive behavior,” adds Cooper, who is also an associate professor of research at the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology. Often they are seriously hooked on erotica sites or X-rated chat rooms.

Hoo-fucking-rah for destructive behavior and nihilistic impulses.  Did I mention I gargle HIV tainted heroin needles while performing ritualistic human sacrifices on the altar of my wiccan deity of the week?  I didn't realize that while browsing pornography I was placing myself into a dnagerous enviroment.  It seems that some researchers believe that witnessing an avi of  a lesbian daisy chaing can lead to more trauma in the human body then sucking monoxide from the exhaust of an 18 wheeler, while dodging robotic dinosaurs equipped with big ass machine guns... even after 5 or 6 of them combine into an even bigger dinosaur with guns for eyes.  This isn't a game people, your life could be at serious risk.  Just say no to beautiful asses covered in thick syrupy semen.

I've redesigned the page.   Actually thats a lie...  Its a stolen front page template, I'm too lazy and unorginal to design my own.  I tried to convince myself that this was the cheap way out, something for posers, but I decided to do things the easy way.  Here is the actual formula I based my decision upon:
