RoastBF Royale

Start off with a loaf of french bread and cut off a third of it for use.
Split that third of bread and set open ready to build.
You first start off with a layer of cheddar ch33z3, roughly 1/8 - 1/4 of an inch thick. (just less than a centimeter for all you metric people)
Next you want to set down a thin layer of pepperoni, as you don't want it to overpower the other meats, as it has happened to me before I perfected it.
Then you want to put a layer of roast beef on top of the pepperoni.
On top of that you want a layer of ham, preferably not honey ham, as that conflicts with the other flavors.
One jalapeo pepper goes on top of the ham, and it is important to de-seed and de-vein it to take the heat away. When the heat is gone, they taste similar to green peppers, but there should still be a little heat still inside. Cut the pepper in half the long way, scrape out the seeds and vein, then apply inside facing down on top of the meat and flatten it as best as you can.
Put another layer of roast beef on top of the pepper to anchor it down.
Finally, put a lettuce leaf on top to give it a nice crunch.
Put the other half of the french bread on top and get your eat on!
The Ladies Choice*

Start the night before with a whole wheat bread starter. A little honey, yeast, water, high gluten flour and whole wheat flour. Let that sit over night and move to the chicken breasts and bell peppers. Roast the bell peppers and place in brown paper bag to steam the skins off. You can grill the chicken breasts or gently poach them in chicken broth. Whichever your in the mood for. Place the peeled roasted peppers, cooked chicken in flat bottom container with garlic and olive oil. Let sit over night in refrigerator.
Next day, finish making the whole wheat bread with the honey starter that sat overnight. Let cool after baking to ensure even slices for sandwiches. Slice tomatoes, onions and prepare cracked black pepper corns and kosher salt for the tomatoes. If wanted you can use a nice dijon mustard or mayo. Gilding the lily in my opinion but hey, to each his own. Cheese would be a matter of preference. But I would I tend to stay away from strong or sharp cheese. You want the marinated chicken and roasted bell peppers to carry the day. Lettuce for some color because the taste to me makes no never mind. Assemble and eat.
Gets the babe every time.
Whatta think this is? Amateur hour?
Twelve Inch Lamb*

My favourite
Long fresh granary stick, at least 12 inches long, crusty on the outside, light airy dough on the inside. Lightly buttered on each side with slightly salted Danish butter. Filled to overlowing with copious amounts of fresh out of the oven, melt in your mouth English lamb. Garnished with a trickle of fresh made mint sauce.
A glass of John Smiths cask conditioned beer to wash it down.
Heaven
Sun Baked*
Contributed by: Dillinger
My favorite sandwich consists of:
Honey Wheat Bread
Two Slices of Provologne Cheese
Roasted Sun-dried Tomato deli Turkey
and BAKED Nacho Cheese Doritos on the sandwich as well, to add crunch and a nice flavor (regular Doritos are gross compared to these new Baked kind!)
I eat these all the time!
Big Ass Tomato*

In New Jersey, we are home of the best tomatoes you can get anywhere. They say it is the sandy soil. My dad routinely grew tomatoes so big that when you cut them for a sandwich, the only bread that could contain it was Beefsteak Rye. No bullshit! They were that big.
So I am in love with fat Jersey tomatoes in the summer time. I cut myself a thick slice and somehow fit it on a potato roll or bread. A little mayo, fresh basil, and a little chopped red peper. I will sometimes eat 5 or 6 sandwiches in one sitting. I luvs dem!!

grill some onions
add mayo(lots)
add chili
add cheddar or californian cheese(lots)
add maybe the greenest lettuce leaf you can find

9/10 cardiologists say their patients were pwned by this sandwich
Contributed by: Hank Scorpio
2 slices of bread or a hoagie bun
1 6-10 ounce steak, tenderized with mallet, rifle butt, etc
1/4th-1/2 an onion, sliced(not chopped)
spread a thin layer of butter over the steak, and sprinkle it with salt, pepper, and whatever spices you want. Remember, THIN layer, otherwise youre gonna have this thing swimming in grease(hmm.....maybe not a bad idea...) Proceed to fry it in a pan. after you have browned both sides, and the pan is nice and greasy from butter and steak fat, toss in the onions and fry them alongside the steak. You can cook it however you want, I would recommend medium rare, still pretty pink in the middle. When its done, if you want put some of your favorite ch33z3 on top, and u can have a ph1lly ch33z3 st34k. Take that sucker outa the pan and use a nice sharp knife and fork to cut it into thin slices, against the grain. Throw it on your bread along with the onions, and smother it with A1 sauce. Commence the arterial pwnage.
Croque Anglaise
Contributed by: Tig
Ingredients:
English Muffins
Butter
Pastrami
Fresh mushrooms
Grated cheese. Half Edam, half Emmenthal
Directions:
Split and toast the English muffins. Butter them and place on a cookie sheet.
Add pastrami.
Pan fry lightly the fresh mushrooms in butter. Not too long!
Put mushrooms on top of pastrami.
Cover with grated cheese.
Place in the oven under the broiler to melt the cheese.
Once broiled remove from oven and serve.
I have tried adding and/or changing ingredients to substitute for those that I did not have but it always screwed up the balance of the different flavours.

Throw the holed bread into the pan and crack an egg into the hole.
When the egg gets stiffer, throw some grated cheese on top, put another slice of sourdough bread on top and flip the sucker.
