Founded in the fall of 2001 on the campus of a mid-sized state-funded university, Eta Lambda Phi currently has active members and new initiate.
The sorority has rich traditions in sisterhood, scholarship, and social aspects. These aspects "eta lams" like to refer to as "triple-S."
Because all of the members are graduate students, Eta Lambda Phi does not currently have regular meetings. Meetings are spontaneously organized and the organization is not registered and does not follow any standard, etc. Eta Lambda Phis, you could say, are girls that "just want to have fun."
