My poor little squirt has awful reflux going on.  It is horrible listening to him sleep at night.  He gags, coughs, grunts and even snores now.  He is also turning into a spitter.  I would say he gets that from me since I was a spitter when I was a baby too.  Our wonderful doctor gaves us good tips for dealing with the reflux.  Hunter now sleeps on an elevated mattress on his side.  He is no longer a back sleeper.  He also needs to be rocked in an upright position for 20-30 minutes after each feeding.  He will not protest this since he loves to be rocked to sleep!!!  And during the day he gets to nap on his belly.  He loves sleeping on his belly.  To top it all off yesterday he had his second Hep B vaccine and was very fussy the rest of the day.  He also started to show signs of a cold and his blocked tear duct started to act up again.  My poor little guy is a mess.  When it hits it hits hard and all at once too!!!  People always warned us that raising a child was not going to be easy.  I sure do wish they would pop out preprogrammed or at least with a detailed step by step instruction manual!!!
