Yes, we had some awesome news about our little one earlier today and I have just now got up the nerve to report the bad news.  Unfortunately on Tuesday morning my grandfather ended up taking a turn for the worse and passed away.  To make a difficult situation even harder we are not able to attend his wake or his funeral due to my progression with the baby.  My progression is great - however it just came at an inconvient time.  Christian and I both know that my grandfather would want us to be happy during this time in our lives and to not dwell on his passing.  That is what we are trying to do but it is very hard not to be with family.  We just need to keep telling ourselves that we are doing what is best for our baby.  It will get easier with time.  The silver lining to this storm cloud is that we will soon have a new little life to celebrate.  He/she will be told many stories of his/her great grandfather and how close he/she came to meeting him.
