Hunter had his 4 month check up today.  (He will be 4 months on June 8th.)  He checked out GREAT!!!  He also took his shots, all 4 of them, like a champ.  True, he screamed super loud but as soon as daddy picked him up he calmed right down.  Daddy has the touch!  He sure did not mind the oral meds that he got - they taste sweet according to the nurse.  Hunter seemed to agree with her!!  He had no problems taking it.  He even smiled.  Hunter's stats shocked us - not really!!   He weighs 17 pounds 9 ounces which is in the 95th percentile.  He is 27 inches long and this measurement is off the charts!!!  The doctor told us he will easily pass Christian up in height.  Christian is 6'1" so our son is going to be REALLY TALL!!!!  We also got the ok to start solids.  This should be interesting and fun!  So, cereal is on the menu for breakfast tomorrow and later this week he'll get oatmeal.  Then we are on to veggies.  Boy, before we know it he will be eating large pizzas followed by pot roast just like his Uncle Matt!!!  I guess we better start budgeting for a bigger food bill for our fast growing boy!!!  GROW HUNTER GROW!!!!
