Entry for May 31, 2007 - One year ago today....
Exactly one year ago today I found out I was pregnant. I can't believe how fast the time has gone! Now we have our perfect little boy and couldn't be happier!!! Even though it has been tough being a first time mom, we are learning as we go. Each day it gets a little bit easier. I have been told the only time you really know how to be a parent 100% is when you become a grandparent - I am not sure I completely believe that. But, we shall find out one day in the far, far future. Right now I am just content and happy holding my little boy and looking into his eyes and dreaming about what he will become. I still cannot believe that I am a mom. It seems like just yesterday I married my best friend. Even with time moving so fast I would not change a single thing. I am so happy with my husband and our son! Everything is as it should be. Time to go and make a bottle because someone will be up from a nap soon and will be hungry.
