Robyn and I are hope to have some documents by the end of next week.  Robyn has placed an order for an LDS microfilm with hopefully a copy of the death certificate for James Naismith Livingstone.  And I'm showing that North Dakota has at least charged me now for the two death certificates I ordered from them, so they should be coming soon as well

The obituary for James Naismith Livingstone says he had several brothers and sisters still in Canada but doesnt mention what area of Canada or their names.  Haven't had much luck with any message boards of anyone that might know.  Only that he isn't listed in the 1881 Canadian Census, although there is a James Naismith with the same year of birth

I'm also trying RAOGK again to obtain a copy of our maternal great grand fathers obituary.  Our Family Tree Maker CD just arrived so I'm busy creating that for a while.
