I think I'm going to start a list of commonly misspelled words.  Here are the first 3: 

1) stud=stood

2) Appalachians=applications

3) Opera Winery=Oprah Wynfrey

Just wait until I write my book.  I think it should be called "Sometimes a child should be left behind so that they don't get to high school and still can't read elementary words."  I'll work on the title.
