Wanda Story Replies to Sue & Others

My name is Wanda Story and I am the woman who is mentioned in Sue Frasier's email, sent out to so many of you.  I want to explain my relationship with Sue Frasier.

I met Sue Frasier for the first time through the email when I was the Second Vice Commander of the Women's Army Corps Veterans Association in 2003 (WACVA).

Sue wrote to me after she had found the lawsuit information on Monsanto in Alabama.

Immediately she started trying to capitalize on this lawsuit by stating that they were responsible for all her medical problems.

She put out an email to all members of the WACVA to try to get the National Office to take her side in this lawsuit.

Because of the WACVA's Congressional Charter this was impossible for the National Office to do, so she started her hate mail and name calling.  She attacked the then National President, Lizette Rhone and all others who would not join her campaign.

As for me, Sue kept sending me faxes and emails up until the Veterans' March in DC three-four years ago.

She had stated that I would speak on a web radio show about my health problems and when the radio station contacted me I was astonished.

I told them there was no way I would do this as my health is fragile, I have PTSD from two rapes in the military, and I don't speak in public about this unless absolutely necessary, in which I feel that this is.

Sue has never met me in public and for her to state the things she has listed in her email about me and my husband is way out there.

I am not married to a Chemical Corps troop.  My husband served 21 1/2 years in the military.  He is a Vietnam Era Veteran and was a 52X4QH, Special Purpose Equipment Repairer.  He retired from the Army at APG, Maryland in 1994.

We married in 1992.  This was four years after my medical retirement from the Army.

She is right that my husband and I never had children.  I had a hysterectomy in 1987 due to problems with ovarian and uterine cysts and tumors.

I did have two children who died at the ages of 13, one from suicide and the other in a car accident with her father.

This was years before I met and married my current husband.  I was placed on medical retirement in 1988 and have dealt with the VA in many, many ways since then.

Was I kicked off her list?  Yes I was, many times.  Mainly because I could prove that what she was doing was wrong.

I kept quiet for years, watching and listening to the things Sue was putting out to people.  I have been in contact with quite a few of these people, who after falling for her lies and listening to her spout information she received from others who were already fighting the system, found that she was not what she claimed to be.

When they approached her with questions about her statements she would call them liars and curse at them on the internet for all to see.  She would state that they were the liars and that they were lying about their disabilities.  She has never and will never admit the truth about herself.

Sue had one woman contact me about her ill and dying child, calling me foul names and stating that I was only out to discredit Sue because I was a liar.

She stated I didn't know what she was going through and how dare I attack her.  First off, I never attacked anyone, all I have done is state the facts about Sue in the past and now.

Secondly, I lost two children to her one child, yes I do know how she feels and I pray that she is able to find help for herself.

Was I in DC for the Commission hearings?  Yes, I was.

I was there to give my deposition to the Commission on PTSD and how it pertains to those women who were raped and sexually molested in the military and how (unlike Sue's email stated) they did not deserve to be raped, because none of these women asked for it to happen.

I was there because I too have medical problems that began when I was stationed at Ft McClellan. I also was there to ask the Commission to look into the problems happening, even after the Dole/Shalala report came out, to the soldiers at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and other medical facilities.

This is because, unlike Sue Frasier, I am a certified Service Officer and do know how to help our men and women with their disabilities.  One other reason I decided to attend this meeting was because of the email sent out by Frasier on the PTSD on rape victims.

Being one of those women, I decided that I needed to address the Commission about the fact that MS. FRASIER was representing herself as being a member of the VA and the Disability Commission.

I wanted to let them know that if one woman harms herself in anyway because of what MS FRASIER has stated or if anyone comes forward with claims of identity theft due to giving their information to MS FRASIER because they thought she was a legal claims officer, I would make sure that the Commission and Ms Frasier were held responsible.

Unlike Sue, I do run a legal non-profit veterans organization.  I am the Commander of a DAV Chapter in Maryland; I am a certified DAV Service Officer, and I am the National Commander and founder of the United Female Veterans of America, Inc., a legal non-profit veterans organization formed in 2006 and incorporated in the state of Maryland.

Now, I would like to address the statements about the women who were attending the Commission Hearings with me.

Their names are Irish Bresnahan, her friend Pam, Connie Lennon and her friend Suretta Williams. Ms. Carolyn Favreau was not there to my knowledge.

Irish and Connie were there like me to give statements to the Commission on medical problems they have and depositions from others like them.  As the Commission was not taking Public Comments, they did allow us to hand our deposition in to the Commission for approval of them being part of the final Commission report.

Pam and Suretta were there for support purposes for Irish and Connie and Suretta Williams was also there to write a story for us on the Commission Hearings as she is a journalist.

Sue showed up on Wednesday, 19 September, with flowers for the Commission (this amounts to nothing more than trying to bribe a Commission).

By the way, Sue, the Commissioners can be brought up on charges if they are found to accept gifts from legal entities attending the Hearings.

On Thursday Morning Sue Frazier had signed in early and then left.  She was not in the building when we arrived and did not see me at all.

She did see Irish and Connie on Wednesday, but did not speak.

Irish did sit in the back of the room due to her not being able to set for long and needing to get up and move around.  She was in military uniform.

I wore my Organizational Hat, a Blue Blazer and White Skirt.  I also wore a name badge showing I was the National Commander of the UFVA, Inc.

Connie and Suretta wore nice shirts and pants.  They did not look like slobs, as Sue Frazier has stated.

Sue also states that they looked Gay due to their haircuts and clothing and the fact that these women had friends of the same sex with them.

Well, if this is the case then I guess Sue is Gay also.

After all, she was seen in the company of another woman.  Now, don't you think this is absolutely the most insane statement you have ever heard?

Not only that, but who cares.  This isn't about our sexual preferences; it is about our illnesses brought on by chemicals we were subject to.  It is about rape by other soldiers.

Sue states that she is the only one who knows the truth about the Commission's report and the Dole/Shalala Reports being out and what they contain.

Well, Sue, I hate to burst your bubble but all the VSO's have received copies of the Dole/Shalala report, including mine.

We also will be receiving copies of the Disability Commission's report.

You are not the BIG GUN you want to be, Sue.  So stop lying to everyone including yourself.

Sue you are damaging the lives of others.

You have defiled my name, my husband, Irish, Connie, Suretta and many, many others.

If you do not stop your behavior you are going to find lawyers coming out of the woodwork to locate you and bring you to justice.

You are NOT a part of the Commission or the VA System.  You are NOT a Service Officer trained to help veterans file their compensation paperwork.

You are NOT someone who needs to be asking people for medical records, social security numbers or VA file numbers.

If I find that you are receiving this type of information from people around the world and placing their information on the internet like you have done in just the past few months, I personally will contact the VA and President Bush to put a stop to you for good and I will ask the major VSOs to back me up on this decision.

Now, if you wish to reply to me, you best remember your mouth and you best know that I will be keeping all documents you send.

For those of you who have sent your SSN, VA File Number or Medical Records to Sue Frasier, please for your own sake, have her send that information back to you and keep a close watch on your credit cards, bank information and all other information.

No one has the right to this information.  Even as a VSO we only let our Service Officers deal with this information and only at National level.

We take the info and immediately send it to our National Service Officers who are trained at schools to handle these cases.  We keep no files on any veteran at the Department or Chapter service level.
