4.00 am

I woke up realising that I was sleeping with my headset on. Image ...Why? Earlier last night, me and Ti spend the Hari Raya eve together, by Yahoo Phone. I hope she didin't hear me snore...or something..while I am dozing off. Image

Last nite, Ti was so hyper. Why?  Because apart from being in the spirit of Hari Raya eve with family, and the idea of her room been already spick and span....she received a special delivery which arrived at about 8 pm.

She immediately called me and asked "What are you trying ...to do ???..What are you trying to do ....You made my whole family ..freaked..out....Awwww.. you are so sweet, darling." Image

I already knew what happened. She received the hamper delivery which I ordered online through NoelGifts.com. I am sure she will update more details about it in her own blog. Image

I woke up this morning, and immdiately head for shower and at 5.30 am, performed my Fajr prayers. It is still a peaceful morning with the PSI improved at 47. Everyone was still asleep. I woke my brothers up, telling them to get ready for Eid prayers. I SMS Ti, to ensure she was already up to, and she was; she was doing some touching up at home.

8.00 am

Today is the day where it is permissible to eat and drink....and it is forbidden to fast. Before we left for the Eid prayers.. we are encouraged to eat something. You see, we had not been eating at this time of the day ..for already a month. So by eating something, we are breaking the cycle and acknowledging our system.. that things had come back to normal.

At about 8.15 am, dad, me and my four brothers headed to and open field nearby Woodlands Stadium. Why not mosque, you may wonder. At this situation, mosques will be tightly packed with people attending for eid prayers till rarely they're space for praying.
So its common nowadays, the mosque administators to establish any place which is convinient to cater the extra crowd.

You may wonder, won't it be disturbing the peace of non-muslims residents around the area..whom might be sleeping with loud sermon? I guess, living in a multi racial and religion Singapore, we are tolerant with each other. In fact, other cultures may learn about us...in the open, about how we do prayers and also the spirit of Hari Raya fills the air, when everyone putiting on their best to attend for the prayer.

9.30 am

Back home, we are getting ready for the first meal of Hari raya. Mum had prepared the customary rendang, ketupat sambal goreng, and kuah lemak. My younger brother Ameerul, had completed a full 30 days of fasting, but Ameen, misseby one day. Then we talk about my sis, who is now a trainee for Silkair cabin crew, or popular known as air stewardess. She will be having a real training in the cabin which wil be flying to Langkawi tomorrow.

After the heavy meal of the day, my siblings and me lazed at the blue sofa, watching a repeat telecast of a comedy which initially aired on Hari Raya last year.

I just received an SMS from Ti which goes "Told mum abt you"..... and she said she need to talk to me later whenever I am free..
