After reviewing responses from 2600+ IT professionals across industries, 11% of organizations are committed to the application of best practices for internal IT support, with 25% applying specific best practices for targeted internal uses.

Primarily larger businesses and corporations have been applying these frameworks, with smaller to mid-size companies requiring more targeted guidance. Future framework adoption may require "Lite" versions of these frameworks to be offered in order to tailor guidance and best practices to these smaller IT organizations.
