Had an awesome BBQ tonight. Jessie & Asgeir came to visit me and stay the night. So I had a little BBQ organized (you know how I love BBQs). And guys, I must say you all did well... both in cooking and eating.
I was especially impressed with Michael who marinated the lamb, made the hors d'oeuvres (see picture above) and prepared the burger sauce (avocado, garlic, pepper and salt mix - killer!). Sergio brought salsa which was amazing as well. We have some talented people at camp!
The tomato slices above are topped with fresh basil and mozarella cheese. The basil leaves came from Sompop's garden.
I'm really impressed guys! Thanks for making my BBQ a success! CHEERS and here's to friends, health and a few more good months in Chinchilla.
