hi there... i realised that i am enjoying myself this assignment and being in Chinchilla because of two reasons. Firstly, it all boils down to attitude. If you choose to enjoy yourself, usually you end up happy. Secondly and more importantly, God has really been good to me.

I look back the past week and realise how good God really is to bring friends into my life (to be of help and also to be there for me) - I mean all friends, whether in Malaysia or Aussie. Then, there's the internet which only got setup a couple of weeks before I came, if not I wouldn't be mailing or blogging from my comfortable cabin.

Of course, there's my supervisor who does everything he can to be kind and helpful... In fact, he was supposed to be in Germany (probably on the phone with me at this hour) guiding my work... But since the decision's been made to put him on site, I really appreciate all the help (and "protection") I get for having him as my supervisor.

Guys and girls, I realise you can survive anywhere as long as you KNOW that GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME!

That's me and my water bottle... It's compulsory to wear a high-visibility vest (that's what they call those fluorescent jackets) when I'm onsite.
