Greetings from Hanoi! Yes, I'm on a short vacation. Hope to meet up with some friends here. At the same time maybe do some shopping though it's ridiculous to bargain in millions of dong. haha.

Staying at a neat little place called Blue Sky Hotel. Nice and friendly staff, free internet and great bathroom. All for about 15 USD per person per night. We are travelling in a group of 7, so we've taken 2 rooms. Fits 4 per room.

It was bright and sunny even at 6 am. My watch says that it is 7.45 am now which means that it is 8.45 am in Malaysia. haha... i'm not in office. yay!

hope that there'll be more to see today. we arrived at 5.30 pm Hanoi time yesterday and the sky was already darkening.

dear lord, please bless our day today that we'll have good weather, fine bargains and great fellowship.
