Thank you Lord for a successful Annual Dinner inspite of the rain! Johor is experiencing the heaviest rainfall in a century. The flood-prone areas unfortunately include major intersections of the main highways and byways in Johor.

Our Annual Dinner was onboard the Danga Cruise 8 and so it was a rather wet affair. Nevertheless, we have so much to thank God for. Everyone was punctual for dinner because the roads were not that jammed. The dinner went smoothly with light rain throughout. So the guests could still enjoy the view at the sheltered deck.

Besides, we got the full night view of both Singapore and Johor Bahru as the boat sailed gracefully through the Straits of Johor.

I was the MC for the evening and the Lord was good to give me creative ideas to spice up the evening. It was a fun night as my favourite colleagues voluntarily went up to sing a few numbers with the live band.

I'll be around in Johor till Friday, which means that I'll be able to join in the TNT Christmas Party - hoping my friends will take the trouble to grace the evening for us. I'm sending out invitations today - There's no point in having a party with no crowd ya.
