Skipped lunch today... so thought I'd pretend I ate my favourite Sarawak laksa. It's amazing what pictures I have saved inside this office PC.

What is Sarawak laksa? Well, you have fine rice noodles soaked in a spicy paste, garnished with shreds of chicken, prawns, fish cake, thinly sliced omelette and yeah... squeeze the lime before you dig in.

If you ever come to Malaysia, there's lots of food you can try. The variety is endless even for us who have lived here for years and years. Take a simple dish like noodles. It can be fried, blanched and drizzled with sauce, mixed into stew, eaten with plain soup, wrapped in an omelette... i mean, eat all sorts in all forms.

Dear Lord, Bless the food in my imagination and I pray I'll have a wonderful dinner tonight. hehe...

Hmm got the prices for the teambuilding event...  And the deposit hmm... i am wondering whether I'm gonna get this event approved in the first place. A little pricey, I'd say.

Hotel 50% of 30 pax @RM110: RM 1,650

Teambuilding 50% of 50 pax @RM100: RM 2,500

Total deposit RM 4,150

Meanwhile, got an e-mail from a fellow TnT about an earthquake in Chiang Mai - 5.1 on the richter scale. Our church mission team GAP 2006 (Team 1) just came back from there. Lord, you have certainly started a chain reaction, I pray that the Thai will turn to you and that you will hearken to their affliction and save them.
