I'm blogging because it is cold and I want to be under the bedcovers , in the warmth of my room. My notebook has been my sleep buddy for a month plus now... Anyway, it's not time to sleep - gotta figure out what to cook for dinner tonight.

Been having dinner together with the guys at C8 for almost a week now. We've had gourmet dinners and it's unbelievably fun! In a way, I am glad that the shops close early. It's like Survivor reality series. You've gotta find a way to survive and cook delicious meals. Man, we should be on TV - yeah come and capture the life of Engineers on various project sites around the world. You could start with Windmill Road, Chinchilla.

Having dinner with the guys has reduced my time alone... which is not too good in a way... Been wanting to write about my Roma trip and the BBQ last weekend - you know, send out powerpoints as usual. Hardly have time, so thought of posting one picture up. I was feeding ducks in Roma. Photo was taken near the Big Rig in Roma. Roma is an oil town like Miri, Sarawak and boasts of its first oil rig too.
