Well, it's been six months.  I don't think you can see much progress from the photo taken as the quality of the photo depends largely on the size of the penis at the given moment.  I am always covered when wearing underwear and, when I take them off, the foreskin stays forward for a few seconds. 

I use the TLC tugger during the week when I'm in a suit (you can only wear it with dark, baggy trousers) and the DTR during the weekend.  I also where the TLC cone and yourskin cone when not tugging. I do no tugging at night.
