Well, it's been three and a half months.  I tore my frenulum during sex with my wife after having tugged a bit too aggressively with my DTR.  That has put a damper on my sex life, but at least I learned a good lesson.

Here is a picture of me I took just after having taken off my underware an hour after I finished tugging for the day.  (I switched to using the DTR as a tugger with a waist strap because it doesn't push down on the frenulum).  

Anyway, as you can see the coverage is better.  I've been concentrating on the outer foreskin for two weeks now.  The foreskin won't stay over the head long though if I don't have my dick pointed down in my underware.  I guess that will come with time.
