The Texas Rangers who have had their struggles of late have just put together a fine last four games in which they have won 3 out of the last four. The Rangers on Friday night won and guess what you guessed it Sammy Sosa finally hit another homerun and is now only one homerun away from the milestone of 600 in which only 5 other players have reached that milestone. The Rangers pitching on Friday was outstanding and Eric Gagne got yet another save in the bag and has seven on the season. Well Saturday came around and the return of Jamey Wright into the lineup was long awaited but the loss could have been something he could have waited for. He and the bullpen just couldn't get anything going and the Rangers lost on Saturday against Ken Griffey and the Reds. Well Sunday came around and the the Kevin Millwood of this year came out of the fence and things got off to a rough start, but in the long run he put it all together and became the Kevin Millwood of old and when it was all said and done he had 10 strikeouts in the game over six innings. The Rangers bats where also contributing to things as the Rangers youngster Marlon Byrd had a pair of doubles and a homerun. The Rangers have got what it takes to win a championship now and if they continue to keep on this wagon for the remainder of the season we just might have the Houston Astros of old in  the Rangers ballpark. Just remember the Astros in the last 4 years have been 10 or more games back and have went on one of those years to win the world series...so keep them heads high and let's GET ER DONE.
