Rangers and Loe break out of slump

The Texas Rangers last night broke out of a string of their starters not going past 5 innings when the young man Kameron Loe did it last night. It is quite funny because the last Rangers to go longer than six innings was no other than Kameron Loe. Kameron was sent back done to Triple A to work on his breaking ball and then was turned around on his way up to Oklahoma to start for Brandon McCarthy who was placed on the DL because he popped open his blister. Kameron Loe come back to the Rangers organization wanting to show them that he still belongs and after 8 innings of shutout baseball and a career high seven strikeouts I think the Rangers will have to give him another reason to go back to Triple A because it sure won't be to work on his breaking ball. He had everything going for him last night including the breaking ball and he even got his first major league hit and scored one of the Rangers runs. Not only that but he had great defense behind him and it really showed in the double plays that the rangers turned. After 8 innings of shutout baseball the Rangers brought in Otsuka to close the Pirates done and he did that and did that in good fashion.

What can this do for the Rangers? This can give them a little bit of hope going into Cincinatti and taking on their former Ranger killer Ken Griffey Jr. The Rangers now have someone to trust when they know he is going to the mound and will continue to do that. The bats come out of their slump yesterday also when some of the most unlikely Rangers hit homeruns and they included Laird, Hairston, and Metcalf with his first Major League homerun. Now if the Rangers carry the momentum into todays and the upcoming games this could still be a very memorable year for the Texas Rangers they just need to TRUST in the coach and continue to trust in him...IT WILL GET BETTER.

The Rangers will send out Padilla when he takes on the Reds tonight who have had some problems here of late. So if we are lucky the Rangers will turn on the afterburners and reallys steam these guys. GOOD LUCK GUYS...MAKE TEXAS PROUD.
