The Rangers weekend was so tough that really I have very little to say other than they need to get it together otherwise they are going to be the first team out of the reach of the playoffs. After this weekend they just did more to dig themselves into a bigger hole. They started off Friday with a loss but almost got to Dice K but were unsuccessful. Then on Saturday they had absolutely no shot at beating Boston they got down and stayed down for the count. Then on Sunday they got down come back and took the lead but then the Rangers relievers did their best to blow the game and they succeeded.
Last night was a homecoming of sorts for the Rangers manager Ron Washington who got very frustrated after the result of the game. They lost another one and the blame went straight to the pitcher Tejada who agreed he did make some mistakes and they did cost him. But that is NOT the only reason why the Rangers manager is mad he is fuming because the Rangers are the worst team in baseball. They have the highest ERA amongst starting pitchers which is well over 6.00 and just keeps climbing.
The Rangers have dug themselves into this deep hole and now the hole just keeps getting deeper. What is so sad about this situation is just when fans and the Rangers management think they are getting out of a hole they dig themselves into a deeper one. The Rangers are on a six game losing streak and the last series that they won was against the cross state rivals the Houston Astros...the six game losing streak is their worse so far this season. Now I am going to ask the fans this: What should if anything should the Rangers do to get themselves out of this hole? Well, I am done for now and I will see you...well maybe see you in the playoffs
