Padilla loses it for Texas
Ok I have said this multiple times this year and I am sticking with it Padilla is a BIG CRY BABY. He got himself a good contract at the beginning of this season and his head has gotten the size of the US and Canada together. It has happened multiple times with the Texas Rangers they give a nice contract to someone and they don't perform. With two leads last night he could not get it done the Rangers hitting and defensive was on last night but Padilla as usual was NOT in the game. Many people want to know what has happened to him and I am telling you that you read the previous sentences and you will learn why he is NOT performing he is in this game for the money. The Rangers added to their ailments last night also when Hairston dove for a ball and pinched a nerve in his neck and Diaz also left the game with hamstring problems. Now there is something fishy about this the Rangers are having a string of hamstring problems and that is getting on my nerves do they NOT know how to work out and get their body in shape. The truth of the matter is the Rangers are in a huge slump right now and all the pieces are not in place yet when all those places get into place then the Rangers will be the team that they used to be. You have to have offense, defense, and timely pitching all working together flawless otherwise you are going to get your socks knocked off and that is what has been happening here of late. I was the first to tell you that the Rangers signing Padilla to the nice contract would bite them in the butt and it sure has. The same thing happened to Chan HOME RUN Park and of course who would forget the days of Juan Gonzalez who was overpaid as so was A Fraud. The Rangers have thought for several years that they could buy their way into the world series and found out that won't work but what did they do they gave this mediocre pitcher Vicente Padilla a nice BIG contract. The truth of the matter is the Rangers need to start over from scratch and that means that they need to give some of the young men a chance to play and shine yes it won't get them to the world series now but it sure will give it 3 years down the road. The Rangers in my opinion are trying way too hard to get to the playoffs and that is what is killing them. If they were just to step back and go with the flow this team would be great. I am telling you now that my faith in these boys are starting to waver just for the fact that the Rangers have always wanted to win and win now and that is the problem let the boys play and you will see what can happen and i guarantee it will. Well enough for now and see you at the Rangers game near you...at least two of the games they play the Astros.
