Rangers lose first two games to the Halos but win in fashion on Mothers Day

The Texas Rangers the first two games of this series did NOT look like the Rangers of old a matter of fact there has been no point in this season when they have looked that way. The Rangers lead MLB in most errors committed with 33 and that was on the rise on Saturday. But the Rangers on Mothers' Day turned up the heat and said hey let's get a winning streak going the old fashioned way. Oh and they did just that on Sunday getting home runs from some huge power houses like Blalock and Kinsler. The most memorable one of the day was the one that came off of Nelson Cruz' bat down in the count 0-2 Scot Shields hung a high fastball down the plate and that was it LIGHTS OUT for the Halos...Nelson got the winning walk off home run. It was the highlight of the game and all the team was at homeplate waiting for him to come home so that they could congratulate him.

Ok before I forget I got a question the other day from an anonymous about Sammy Sosa and was asking if his was one of the hottest bats on the team? I have to say great question and here is your answer my friend. Sammy Sosa's bat has been that of one of the hottest bats on the team despite what everyone else is telling you. He has the team RBI lead in the last two weeks and has increased his batting average to something close to .300. The common misconception that i think people have is that Sosa came here to hit homeruns and homeruns only and that is just like I called it a MISCONCEPTION. So there you have it anymore questions just send em' my way and you know I will get right to them.

Just a side note...I want to apologize to all those Yankee fans out there because not all of you all are idiots, but I do think the one that made the comment on the sport channel is...he just needs to get his facts straight and other than that I am going to leave it alone...but there maybe Yankee fans out there that are also Rangers fans reading this and I do NOT want to cause grief so my apologies to you Ranger/Yankee fans.

Be sure to watch the rangers tonight as they try to even up the series against the Halos the rangers will send out 2-3 Kevin Millwood and the Halos will counter with the 1-3 Jarred Weaver. The game is a 1:05p game and the Rangers really need this one they don't need to fall anymore behind. But hey guys I will SEE YOU IN THE PLAYOFFS.

that was mighty nice of you to apologize to the Yankee fans who might read your blog. just remember not everyone thinks like some sportscasters, but everyone has a right to their opinion, just like us Ranger fans. thanks for answering the question about Sosa also. My husband said he was one of the better ones right now. i don't go to many rangers' games b/c they always seem to lose when i go. maybe i need to go and they will start winning again-yeah right! maybe some more ranger fans will post on this sight. good luck to you!
