Rangers spanked by Yankees again fall to 0-4 on the season to NY
The Rangers got beat again by the NY Yankees and Andy Pettitte to run their record to 0-4 on the season to the NY YANKEES. The Rangers pitcher gave up 8 runs and 6 of those were earned. The Rangers took the lead in the third inning one to nothing and then the rest was downhill from there.
The Rangers did have 7 doubles in the game and three of those doubles came off the bat of Hank Blalock. But the sad thing about that is they went 2-14 with those runners in scoring position. The day that the rangers got there great ace closer back Eric Gagne nothing was the way the rangers seemed they should be. BUt there is some good news out of this and that is that Tejada is going against Mussina tonight and that should be a better matchup. The Rangers will look to keep the bats going and maybe get a little payback tonight so guys let's get ER DONE.
