Rangers fall in game one to Mariners; Game 2 a washout

The Texas Rangers in game one of what was supposed to be a two game series lost yet again. The Rangers and Millwood got down early 4-0 and after about a little over six innings manager Ron Washington pulled him. Then the comeback began the Rangers scored two of their four runs on a two run shot by Hammering Hank Blalock. The Texas Rangers tied up the game and then when it counted the Rangers nemesis Ichoro got a hit that won the game for the Seattle Mariners. The Rangers pitching is getting off to a rough start but honestly I don't think this is a sign I think it is a sign of going in the right direction. The Rangers have always been a team that is good at the beginning of the season and then fall apart after the All Star break. So I much rather them fall apart now and the rest of the division which is the tightest division in MLB stay with them and then break out after the all star break.

The Rangers-Mariners game 2 was a complete washout and was postponed until sometime in July when the two teams meet again at the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. The Texas Rangers now go to Cleveland to start a two game series with the Indians. The Rangers will send out the 0-3 Padilla and the Indians will send their ace CC Sabathia 3-0 to the hill. I am placing my bets on the Indians now I know I am going against the Rangers but as long as Padilla is pitching I will be going against them...because Padilla has sucked it up this year. Sammy Sosa has one more accomplishment to go for right now and that is homering at the Indians stadium. If he does that he would take the lead in homering in different ballparks...44 different ballparks. When asked about that record Sosa said and I quote, "We will talk about that when it happens". The Rangers are trying to snap a streak of bad batting averages and slumps right now and what better time to snap them than against the Indians ace Sabathia. The Rangers only have one player batting better than .200 and that is Ian Kinsler. The Rangers big guns are not batting all that well but believe me this is a slump that will end and I put emphasis on WILL. The game tonight is scheduled for6:05pm and what better time to get the bats hot than now...SO GUYS LET'S GET ER DONE.
