The water puppet show was fabulous. The music was traditional and the puppets were lively.
After the puppet show we headed to the oldest restuarant in Hanoi, Cha Ca La Vong.  They brought out the fish and vegetables in a pan and it cooked right on the table on portable coals . We added the mix to some rice noodles and enjoyed every last bite. We finished up the evening by listening to some jazz at Hanoi's only Jazz Club- Quyen Van Minh.
