| Once you get the tank up on the roof of the base, it seems like it would be pretty easy to get it in the hole, but it's not. You'll have to back the tank in to the hole: DON'T GO FORWARD! It's easier if you back it through. Then, once the tank is standing up vertically, you can try all sorts of combinations of grinding it through the hole, flipping the tank manually, or hitting it with grenades and rocket launchers. The first two suggestions work the best (in that order). Just keep trying to back it up and turn at the same time. If that doesn't work, go down inside of the base and keep hitting X to flip it until it slides inside. Getting the tank inside of the base is perhaps the hardest trick in the game. It may take a while, but you'll get it. |
