The Shichisei Pre-Fabricated Garrison Base serves multiple functions aside from its military mission. Typically they are deployed to squelch local instability, help in peacekeeping, deter Pirates, support local and allied governments, and to protect vital military assets. The octahedral-shaped Garrison Base is not only employed for its military purposes, they also serve from scientific to diplomatic functions as well. Nevertheless, they are first annd formost a military base.
A Shichisei Army officer with the rank of Commander or higher commands the Garrison Base, who is aided by an adjutant, combat commanders, lieutenants, gunnery and security officers, a few science officers, and Shichisei Intelligence. Support personnel include diplomatic and trade groups, science and medical teams, and various technicians, engineers, and clerical workers.
