An introduction to musical theater. We will take our favorite princesses from the movie screen to the stage. From auditioning to stage basics, and vocal production the week will be spent developing the on-stage princesses of the future. At the end of the week we would like to go as a group to see RSVP�s production of �The King and I�. (Ticket price not included in workshop fee.)

Exploring some well known Broadway productions such as Grease, The Sound of Music, and others we will explore all aspects of musical theater including auditioning, music as related to the individual characters, chorus, and character development through the music. The emphasis of this workshop will be on music and how to work through the music to tell the story. At the end of the week we would like to go as a group to see RSVP�s production of �The King and I�. (Ticket price not included in workshop fee.)
