Size: Average 5 feet, weighs about 88 pounds.
Habitat: Its habitat spans from the oceans of Japan to Iran. Known for its adorable smooth face, it was named a Japanese natural monument in 1930. Unlike other porpoises, it travels in groups instead of large pods. It is hunted for it's blubber and meat. Fishermen also catch it to prevent it from harming their fishing nets. Its numbers in the wild are steadily declining.
