| Washuu is 20,000 years old and the creator of Ryo-ohki and Ryoko. She sees herself as Ryoko's mother and so tends to try and watch out for her without Ryoko noticing, She is a super genius and infact an inventor as well. Although her work tends to back fire on her many times when completely fixed and all kinks worked out her inventions help people out. Like the creation of Ryo-ohki helps Ryoko to have a spaceship with no one even noticing she is there. ^_~ WAshuu is also a wise-cracking joker that Ryoko seems to have picked up from Washuu. But unlike the other girls she never tends to fall for Tenchi as much or show her emotions to him. She appers to be 12 to the untrained eye.
