The oldest daughter of Fred and Johanna Laurent, Maddie works at Westport Steak House as a server on the weekends. She recently graduated from Westport College where she majored in Broadcast Journalism and is pursuing her career. Her best friends are Constance Savoren and Derek Scott. She has spent a lot of time messaging with Ben Reed over facebook, but have never met in person.

Ace moved to Westport to spend the summer working on the river as a kayak and rafting instructor. When he has the next day off he hangs out at Westport Steak House with his co-workers. He has tried several times to ask out Constance but has been turned down each time.

Ben is an EMT and Firefighter for Westport Fire and Rescue. He graduated from Westport College a year ago where he majored in business. When he’s not working for WFR he’s putting together a plan for his own bar, Sinful. He has also spent a lot of time over the past few months messaging with Maddie over facebook.

Constance is the head server at Westport Steak House. She returned to Westport about a year ago, and that’s when she and Maddie became friends after they met at one of the local bars. She is also very close to Derek Scott, and the two of them share a friends with benefits type of relationship that no one suspects.

Derek works for Westport Resort. He’s the youngest child of Patrick and Jolene Scott—the owners of Westport Resort. He’s best friends with Maddie Laurent and even better friends with Constance Savoren.
